All terms and conditions listed below, apply to every delivery. The terms and conditions stated below are according to the Belgian law. Each purchase at this shop, implies that all terms and conditions mentioned below are accepted by the customer.

Prices

The prices listed on this website are in euro and don’t include shipping fees. They are valid retail prices as of date of publishing. 

Shipping

We ship orders once a week after payment is completed.  The package will arrive within 2-21 business days, depending on the destination. Delivery time may vary, keep this in mind if you are buying for a special occasion (e.g. birthdays, anniversaries, etc). Delivery times are estimated, I am not responsible for postal or holiday delays.

Shipping from Belgium will be by regular post or insured delivery. You have the choice between these types of shipping within Belgium:

  1. Regular post– your order can be tracked. You will receive a tracking number automatically once we shipped your order. Your order is not insured meaning that if it gets lost by Bpost, we will not be held responsible and your order will not be replaced.
  2. Insured – your order can be tracked (you will not receive this tracking number automatically but you can request it by email). You have to sign for reception. Your order is insured up to the value of 1000 euro.
  3. Orders can be picked up in Antwerp. This service is free of charge.

Shipping within Europe

Standard shipping EU – your order can be tracked (you will not receive this tracking number automatically but you can request it by email). You have to sign for reception. Your order is insured up to the value of 1000 euro.

Shipping to the United States

We work with UPS for shipments to the U.S.A. Your shipping fee will be calculated while checking out. The fee will be based on the value of your cart, starting at 35 euro.

For the rest of the world shipping fee on request.

Important note: buyers are responsible for any and all Customs Charges, Taxes & Additional Postal Fees

Payments

There are 3 ways you can pay for you purchase:

  • By Mollie (bancontact, creditcard)
  • By PayPal
  • By Banktransfer (can take up to 5 business days)
WW&B retains ownership of goods, until all goods are completely paid for by the customer. Orders that have not been paid within 10 days will be automatically cancelled.

Exchange & refunds

Any complaints are to be logged within 7 days of the delivery date and must be sent via registered mail for legal compliance. If the complaint is found to be just, WW&B liability is limited to the exchange of goods only. Any returned item purchased from WW&B online shop will be exchanged for a gift card, minus the cost of postage, provided that the items are returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 working days of the delivery date. Purchases of items on SALE cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Wild, Wild & Botanical’s inherent values are rooted in respect, responsibility and reciprocity.

All aspects of the harvesting and production process are handled with care. All packaging is as sustainable as possible, while acknowledging there is more work to be done. We use glass & compostable tea bags for our offerings, and limit the use of plastic and aluminum where possible.

The majority of the ingredients have been sustainably wildcrafted or grown organically on our land. Where needed we buy ingredients from small local enterprises that follow regenerative principles and commit to sustainable agriculture.
