Reconnect to (your) wilderness

During the retreats, different practices and activities will give you the opportunity to connect to the wilderness around and inside of you. 

The activities range from yoga and breath work, ethnobotanical plant walks where we focus on the relationship between humans and plants to guided medicinal herb walks. We will forage and later cook with wild food or create our own medicine from wildcrafted plants. Other activities go from plant meditations over sustainable harvesting principles to developing sensory herbal skills. During each retreat there will be enough space to rest and tune into a slower pace.
